Logitech Announces End of $250 Million Share Buyback Program

NEWARK, Calif.Aug. 11, 2013 and LAUSANNE, Switzerland, Aug. 12, 2013 — Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced that on August 9, 2013, the Company’s $250 million share buyback program, initiated in August 2010, ended. Under the program, Logitech repurchased a total of 26,109,412 shares (13.63 percent of the initial share capital).
