Logitech Files Annual Report on Form 10-K
FREMONT, Calif., May 27, 2010 and ROMANEL-SUR-MORGES, Switzerland, May 28, 2010 — Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced that it filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for Fiscal Year 2010 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 27, 2010. It is available on Logitech’s Web site at http://ir.logitech.com.
Logitech expects to publish its annual report to shareholders, and its invitation and proxy statement for its 2010 annual general meeting, in late July 2010.
