Logitech Posts Annual Report, Invitation and Proxy Statement for 2012 Annual General Meeting

NEWARK, Calif.and MORGES, Switzerland —July 24, 2012 — Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced that it has filed its 2012 definitive proxy statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and posted its annual report, invitation and proxy statement for the 2012 annual general meeting on the Company’s website at http://ir.logitech.com. The materials will be mailed to Logitech registered shareholders in early August. The annual general meeting will take place in Lausanne, Switzerland on Sept. 5, 2012.
